BMW - national campaigns for
car and motorcycle dealerships

National and regional advertising campaigns were developed to maximise enquiry levels and attract maximum exposure in the given mediums of newspaper, magazine and radio advertising. All within the constraints of the BMW brand and corporate identity guidelines.

A series of regular customer newsletters were designed and produced to underline the benefits of doing business with a specific dealership by projecting the personalised added value features which customers could benefit from, as opposed to simply the BMW image on which so many dealers exclusively rely.

The effect of the advertising and direct marketing campaigns that were undertaken was to dramatically increase business levels across the board as well as help ensure far higher rates of customer retention when compared with previous levels, and indeed levels within the dealership network nationwide.

In fact Vines motorcycle business achieved top national dealership honours for two years.
