Profile- Neil Lindsay Neil Lindsay, the founder of Lindsay Marketing Associates, spent the first 15 years of his career in a variety of sales and marketing management roles with a number of leading companies and completed his client side career as Group Marketing Director for an international research, publishing and exhibition company. Having been responsible for buying advertising, PR and marketing consultants services for some years, Neil was convinced that there was a more focused and tailor-made way of providing advertising & marketing consultants services and Lindsay Marketing Associates was formed in 1989. The formation of Lindsay Marketing Associates followed
Neil's self imposed apprenticeship for two years as Business Development
Director for a conventional full service advertising agency. This
experience served to confirm his view of how not to run an advertising
agency, but he learned some invaluable lessons along the way, one of the
most important of which was to always give clients a surprise at the creative
stage - but never at the invoicing stage! |
