In addition the agency set up and maintained the marketing database for Southern which enabled the agency to undertake highly targeted mailings and other CRM related activities all aimed at getting a much higher take up of promotional offers

The agency also planned for and executed the idea of a hot air balloon and designed and had it built.  The agency has been managing the flying of the balloon at many events around the network as well as using it as incentive for customers to win a flight in the Southern balloon which has quadrupled entry levels to competitions as well as publicity opportunities.

The agency has also been managing the local leaflets offering two for one entry to venues and attractions throughout the network.  The agency was also central in the role of negotiating with venues and attractions to participate in the scheme and for ensuring that the leaflets were distributed on time to thousands of off station stockists.

Having acted for South Central Trains for a number of years prior to it winning the new franchise and re branding ‘Southern’ railway, the agency supported the re branding at local level throughout the network by setting up a reach out programme that enabled much wider distribution of all collateral material including on and off station leaflets and posters.
